The 2025/2026 academic year has started, the first new students have already arrived at the Institute of Russian Language and Culture, and the first classes have been conducted. On September 2, a meeting of the teaching staff was held.
The Director of the Institute Daria Pichugina thanked the staff for their dedicated work and congratulated everyone on the beginning of the new academic year.
The Deputy Director for Development Valerii Chastnykh shared the results of the Summer School - 2025. This year, we had students from 23 countries including South Korea, France, Italy, and etc. It is interesting that there were people of different ages among the students: the youngest student was only 14 years old while the oldest one turned 78. The Summer School was intensive and exciting.
The Academic Coordinator Maria Folina spoke about the intake of students this year and the beginning of the first classes. At the moment, IRLC is processing applications from 11 countries including even Great Britain and Mexico.
The Head of the Russian Language Department Nadezhda Puryaeva told about the competition of methodological developments of IRLC teachers - «My Methodology - 2025».
The Head of the Russian Language Department Ekaterina Gulidova reminded about the events that will take place in November: the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Russian Literature in the International Scientific, Educational and Cultural Space» and the International Scientific and Pedagogical Forum «Word of Historical Truth».
