How students of the group 89 caught the last warm sunny day in Moscow by its tail

 01 november 2023

Students of the group 89 caught the last warm sunny day by its tail.

They trod a path from Kitai-gorod (Chinatown) to Teatralnaya Square, visited Zaryadye Park where Moscow could be seen in full view. The students walked along the floating bridge, went to the Church of the Barbara the Great Martyr and came to know about a holy warrior, Saint George. Then the Red Square with its pavement, Spasskaya Tower, Lenin’s Mausoleum, State Historical Museum, GUM and delicious ice cream was waiting for us. We couldn’t help but take a photo on the kilometre zero. We recognized Georgy Zhukov on the horse, Karl Marx and new words “fountain”, “lantern” and “let’s go”. Now we know Bolshoi Theatre not only from texts in the textbooks.

The Sun set. It was time to go to the dormitory and do homework.
