Russian Language Week in Iran

The week of Russian language took place at the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad on 18-22 December 2016. Invited by the fund "Russian world", associate professor of the IRLC S.A.Gorelikov gave lectures and Russian language and literature lessons for the students, as well as master-classes for the professors of the Russian language department of the university. Lessons provided by the Russian professor were of great interest for Iranian colleagues and students. The deputy principal of the University of Mashhad sent a thank you letter to the director of the IRLC, professor E.N.Kovtun expressing his hopes that cooperation between the two universities will grow closer. In September an IRLC professor will go to Iran to give lessons and the IRLC, in its turn, expects Iranian interns to come to Moscow.
