The IRLC celebrates the International Women Day

On the 7th of March 2019 the men of the IRLC and the Director of the Institute, Elena Kovtun, congratulated all women staff of the Institute and female students on the International Women Day.
They wished ladies health, happiness and success and presented them with bright spring flowers.
