Walk along Boulevard Ring

 23 may 2024

Students of the group CMC-3 from Shenzhen MSU-BIT University who are studying on included training at IRLC during the second semester walked along Boulevard Ring of Moscow. At the metro station “Chistie Prudy” they saw a monument to Alexander Griboyedov, entered Perlov Tea House, got to know the history of Boulevard Ring, walked into the old and new temples of Sretensky Monastery and moved on.

They listened to a song by Vladimir Vysotsky next to his monument on Strastnoy Boulevard. Moreover, they recognised a monument to Alexander Pushkin from his back, took a photo next to the temple where the poet had married Natalya Goncharova and even visited a House museum of Nikolai Gogol located on Nikitskiy Boulevard.

At the end of the walk the students noted that the things they enjoyed most about the trip were the decorations of the new temple of Sretensky Monastery, a digital portrait of Nicholas 1 saying “What a play. Everyone got what they deserved and I - more than everyone else” and immured sheets of the novel “And Quite Flows the Don” near a monument to Mikhail Sholokhov.

We can rate the walk at 100 points!
